Description: Summit Technologies, Inc. has an opportunity for a Web Developer. The successful candidate will gather new and existing systems enhancements requirements for SharePoint sites, provide end user training and support, improve business processes and provide SharePoint administration. This full-time position is located in Fort Rucker, AL and requires a DoD Secret clearance.
Job Description:
  • Provide SharePoint development and administration.
  • Collaborate with end user community on site development / enchantments.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for multiple custom applications and tools.
  • Provide training for custom applications.
  • Knowledge of implementing current and emerging technologies preferred.
  • Provide Knowledge Management related customer support.
  • Perform business process improvement to streamline existing processes.
  • Perform and/or support briefings and presentations to various audiences.
  • Build close working relationships with the customer, key stake holders and end user community.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Information Technology.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Application System Analyst or Systems Analyst.
  • Demonstrated experience in SharePoint Administration.
  • Experience in supporting custom application development through the Systems Development Life Cycle
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Designer is a plus.
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and adaptability.
