Description: Summit Technologies, Inc. has an available position for an experienced Systems Administrator, who is interested and focused on learning how to administer SharePoint. This is a government contract and requires a U.S. Citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance (and be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance). This role is located in Ft. Huachuca, AZ.
Job Description:
  • Serve as administrator supporting SharePoint sites and users.
  • Create and administer multiple SharePoint sites and collections.
  • Maintain SharePoint deployment with staging and production SharePoint instances.
  • Develop, maintain and enhance SharePoint workflows.
  • Provide SharePoint site administrator technical support.
  • Provide user training for SharePoint site administrators.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' experience needed to perform job. Equivalent work experience in place of degree is acceptable.
  • Must have an active DoD Secret (with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance).
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, SharePoint / SQL / Excel reporting and display services preferred.
  • 3+ years of server administration experience with and exposure to SharePoint preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with client, and team members.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Able to assist in the development and implementation of effective, timely solutions.
