Description: Summit Technologies, Inc. has an opportunity for a Jr. Web Application Developer. In this role, the successful candidate will be working to develop and enhance existing web applications by leveraging various web development tools. This full-time position is located in the Fort Lee, VA and requires a DoD Secret clearance .
Job Description:
  • Develop new and enhance existing web pages and web sites.
  • Develop methods for dashboard publications utilizing various services such as JavaScript, SSRS, Web Parts, and Excel services.
  • Knowledge of implementing current and emerging technologies preferred.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education as a web developer.
  • Experience in web development, with an understanding of web application development methods.
  • Knowledge of one or more of Microsoft Visual Studio tools (.NET, ASP, C#, VB, SQL).
  • Demonstrated experience in JavaScript required.
  • Designing, developing, implementing and managing web pages.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Designer a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) a plus.
