Description: Summit Technologies, Inc. is numerous openings for mid-level HUMINT Targeting Officer located in Washington, DC area. Candidates with prior demonstrated experience conducting strategic-level HUMINT targeting will be given preference. This position requires a current DoD Top Secret/SCI (or are eligible for immediate adjudication of your TS/SCI) security clearance.
Job Description:
  • Provide strategic HUMINT operations support.
  • Collaborate with collection managers to identify critical information gaps and performs all-source analysis including social network analysis and geospatial analysis to identify potential human sources that can resolve these information needs.
  • Compile acquire information into clear concise packages and deliver to HUMINT collectors for action.
  • Work directly with HUMINT collectors to support ongoing HUMINT operations over the entire life cycle of the operation.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 4-6 years of intelligence targeting experience, or, specialized training
  • Proficiency with the use of Palantir
  • Proficiency conducting Geo Metadata Analysis
  • Proficiency conducting Pattern of Life (POL) Analysis
  • Proficiency with ArcGIS or Google Earth
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills for briefings and presentations
  • Candidates with Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), DoD HUMINT Target course, or another Intelligence Community's agency's accredited HUMINT Targeting Course desired.
  • Have a solid understanding of HUMINT operations and the other major intelligence disciplines.
  • Ability to work semi-autonomously in demanding, highly dynamic environments.
  • A Bachelors or Masters degree desired
